Trigger area is compleatly covered. The extra leather at the top helps in reholstering and is tall enough to cover and protect the Hammer Also you don,t get stomach pinch from exsposed parts. Perfect fit in height and width for gun so no part of the revolver touches your skin while carrying but grip is exsposed so you can pull your revolver out when needed.
