The leather has been treated with a process that makes the leather firm and helps stop stretching. Also water proofs the leather, stops moisture from absorbing into the leather and softening it.
Edges are finished and rounded. I also sew a stitch down the edges for a nice finished look.
The buckle is a heavy duty, stainless steel roller style buckle. Easy to adjust for your holster carry positions. Buckle is attached with Chicago screws for a strong attachment.
I punch 9 holes 3/4" apart for more ease of getting that perfect adjustment. More adjustments than a typical belt with 5 holes 1" apart.
MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS
Typically if your pants size is 32 you need a 34" belt, 2 numbers higher than your pants size. You can also use a cloth measuring tape or a tape measure around the waist to get the size, or measure one of your existing belts from were the buckle attaches. The begining of the belt to the hole you use and that measurement would be the belt size you order.
